CryoHexagon Racking System
CryoHexagon utilizes shorter canes, as well as stacked canisters, to provide up to 4x the capacity as using standard SUC canisters in one layer. The system also has benefits over SUC canisters aside from capacity, such as reducing ‘lost vials’ from closing up dead space, better labelling, barcoding, and allowing the canisters to lock for shipping purposes. This system also offers a cost-effective alternative to housing multiple freezers.
