Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer ground shipping on all domestic orders. Any shipping option other than ground must be placed over the phone, so we can ensure your order arrives when you need it. International orders will require additional freight charges, and must be placed over the phone. Freight charges are billed at the time of order processing and shipment. Freight charges are based on the combined weight of the products ordered.

Returns & Replacements

It is our hope that you are fully satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will usually accept returns within 14 days if all items are in original condition. We cannot accept returns on special orders.

A refund, or credit to your account, will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods, less a 20% restocking fee. We cannot waive this fee as we are charged the same fee when the items are returned to the manufacturer. Many of our products are sensitive products and must be fully re-inspected before reselling, which is the reason for the 20% fee. Please understand that we cannot refund shipping or handling costs. You must prepay all return shipping costs. Returned items shipped collect will be refused. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Many items come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact us to find out if the item should be shipped back to us or directly to the manufacturer. Goods returned for warranty reasons will be repaired or replaced at PrincetonCryo.com's discretion. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any item for warranty reasons. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Ordering

We appreciate your business at PrincetonCryo.com and strive to maintain good relationships with our customers. Purchase orders will be accepted from established institutions for orders over $100 pending a credit approval. We must receive a faxed or emailed copy of a Purchase Order, in addition to the online order. PrincetonCryo.com will fax a credit application should you require net 30 terms or you can find the credit application directly on our website by clicking here. A set up fee of ($50) may be added to the total cost of the order for orders that are billed on a net 30 basis; this mostly depends on if PrincetonCryo.com must run a credit check. Application fee may be waived for orders over $5,000.00. All account setup and application fees are waived for current or previous customers of PrincetonCryo or Princeton CryoTech, Inc.

Credit cards most simple and quickest way to order. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We use secure 128 bit encryption SSL Certificate for safe and secure transactions over the internet. If you prefer, we may accept a credit card number via fax or telephone.

Both of these options are available using the shopping cart software.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We update our web prices regularly; prices posted on the web may be considered current, presented in good faith and believed to be correct at the time of posting. PrincetonCryo makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information nor has liability for any errors or omissions in the materials. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligation to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We also offer discounts for customers ordering in bulk; to find out if you qualify for a bulk discount please contact us.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order by logging onto your account, however if the status has not been updated, feel free to contact us for order information. Some orders are coming from more than one location, and the website may not show all information relating to each piece of the order. Our customer service agents will be more than happy to give full status updates on any piece of your order.

Updating Account Information

You may change or update any piece of your account information by logging onto your account by clicking HERE. Please contact customer service if you are having trouble changing or viewing any piece of your account.

Final Location of Use

PrincetonCryo may only distribute MVE products to users in the United States and Canada. PrincetonCryo will not knowingly distribute MVE products to customers that plan to ship overseas for re-distribution. PrincetonCryo reserves the right to cancel any order that is suspected to involve products that will be used outside of the United States and Canada. PrincetonCryo will not ship MVE products to freight forwarders.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services, and any service or material we provide via the Services, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications.

Each version of these Terms of Use may be identified by its effective date which is located at the bottom of the page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Although Princetoncryo.com is headquartered in Pipersville, Pennsylvania, USA, the Services can be accessed by visitors from most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Pennsylvania, by accessing the Services, you agree that Pennsylvania law will govern, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, for all matters relating to the use of the Services.

Furthermore, any action to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Dispute Resolution

By visiting the Services or making a purchase from the Services, you and Princetoncryo.com agree that, if there is any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Services, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of the Terms or any part of them (collectively, a "Dispute"), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.

Notice shall be sent:

• To Princetoncryo.com at 6191 Kellers Church Rd,, Pipersville PA 18947; or
• To you at: your last-used billing address or shipping address.

 

If the parties cannot settle the Dispute through notice and response, the parties agree to participate in Mediation through the Bucks County Mediation and Arbitration Center. Both you and Princetoncryo.com agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

IF ANY DISPUTE CANNOT BE RESOLVED BY THE ABOVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE THE COURTS OF BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Princetoncryo.com of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Princetoncryo.com to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.
